Parker Electric is a medium-sized, dynamic and fast-growing company specialized in manufacturing various kinds of lighting fixtures, including mains voltage outdoor lights and 12V garden lights. 

Our production facilities currently extend over an area of 12000 sqm and employ a total workforce of 160 people, including 6 R&D staffs, 3 technical engineers and 8 QC. The new office and showroom are open in March, 2016 with an area of more than 1500 sqm.

[Quality Control]

During the past years, we focused mainly on the workmanship of the products, nowadays we pursue“state of art” production, the result is lighting manufacturing processes have been optimized, materials and components have improved and become more ecologically. 

Following tests are done 100% before shipment to ensure high quality of the products: 

1. Visual inspection 

The visual inspection ensures that: 

a. Surface treatment and finish is up to the standard; 

b. All plates and labels have been attached properly, 

c. Lamp construction and assembly have been carried out properly.

2. Function test 

The lamps are fitted with corresponding bulbs and operated. 

3. Insulating test 

The voltage must be applied between the live components with differing polarities and between the live components and external metal parts that may come into contact with users.

4. Earthed conductor connection test
